About

Hi, I’m Meaghan, a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner with a deep-rooted passion for holistic healing and natural wellness.
My journey into this work began with my own health story: as a teenager, I experienced extreme hormonal nausea and vomiting during my menstrual cycles. Conventional approaches offered little relief, but it was through Traditional Chinese Medicine that I finally found lasting support and a deeper understanding of my body. That experience planted the seed for a lifelong path of healing—first for myself, and now for others.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Zoological Sciences from Guelph University (2005) and an Advanced Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Humber College (2019). I gained my certification in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture through the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. My commitment to energy medicine led me to become a certified Medical Qigong Therapist through the Dan Tao Center & Institute of Traditional Medicine in 2018. I also trained in Thai Massage at Bahn Hom Samunphrai in Thailand in 2015, enriching my hands-on therapeutic approach with ancient Southeast Asian techniques.
I’m proud to be a Fellow of the Acupuncture and TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine (FABORM), reflecting my advanced training and focus in reproductive health, fertility, and hormonal balance. Whether you’re navigating natural conception, IVF support, cycle regulation, or postpartum recovery, I offer a compassionate, evidence-informed approach to support your unique journey.
Guided by the wisdom of the Huang Di Nei Jing and reflection in nature, I believe that when we follow the natural order of our bodies—our rhythms, our seasons, our cycles—the body flourishes. This philosophy is at the heart of my work: to help you reconnect with your body’s innate intelligence and restore balance from within.
With over a decade of experience, I bring a thoughtful, grounded, and personalized style of care that blends acupuncture, herbal medicine, bodywork, and energetic practices. I believe healing is a collaborative process—one that honors your story, your body’s wisdom, and your goals.
Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, hormonal balance, stress support, or simply more vitality and connection, I’m here to support you in finding alignment and ease—naturally.
